How quickly can you let my property?+
Once we’ve carried out a valuation and you’re happy to proceed, most well-presented properties in good locations are marketed within days and let within two to four weeks, depending on the area and time of year.
Do you offer full property management or tenant-find only?+
Both. Some landlords prefer us to find and reference tenants and then manage the tenancy themselves, while others want us to handle everything from rent collection to maintenance. We’ll talk through which suits you best.
What checks do you carry out on tenants?+
Every applicant goes through referencing covering identity, right to rent, employment or income, and previous landlord references where applicable, in line with current UK letting regulations.
How do I report a maintenance issue as a tenant?+
You can report repairs by phone, email, or through our online maintenance request form. Urgent issues, such as heating or water leaks, are prioritised and dealt with as quickly as possible.
Is my deposit protected?+
Yes. All tenancy deposits we handle are registered with a government-approved deposit protection scheme within the legally required timeframe, and you’ll receive confirmation once this is done.
